Assist
in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening,
interviews)
Support
onboarding & orientation of new hires
Maintain
HR records and documentation (EOBI, PESSI, ICAP)
Policies
and procedures of ICAP training
Contribute
to employee engagement activities
Help
in performance evaluations and training initiatives
Developing
HR policies, compliance, and payroll support
Help
in staff augmentation activities of the firm
Preference
MBA
from A rated university (major HR)
Experience
of 1-2 years

communication and interpersonal skills
Professional
level Proficiency in English language (written and verbal)
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of HR tools is a plus
